Electric Circus è il quinto album in studio del rapper di Chicago Common.

 

Uscito originariamente il 10 Dicembre 2002, l’album contiene collaborazioni con Pharrell Williams, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Mary J. Blige, Bilal, Cee Lo Green e molti altri.

 

Con Electric Circus Common riesce a portare la sua visione di hip hop ad un livello superiore coinvolgendo nella produzione Questlove (The Roots), Dilla (Jay Dee) e i Neptunes (Pharrel Williams e Chad Hugo).

 

Comprende le hit song Come Close (con Mary J. Blige), Aquarius (con Bilal), I Got A Right Ta, I Am Music e Jimi Was A Rock Star (con Erykah Badu); Electric Circus raggiunge la posizione #9 nella classifica US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
