Il secondo album delle superstar di “seconda generazione” della Motown. Pubblicato originariamente nel 1970, contiene secondo e terzo singolo #1: ABC e The Love You Save, che lo stesso frontman ha sempre portato in tour durante la carriera solista. La band stava affinando il proprio sound, diventato poi caratteristico, con i produttori Hal Davis e The Corporation.

Il disco include numerose gemme, fra cui le interpretazioni di Never Had a Dream Come True e Don't Know Why I Love You di Stevie Wonder, (Come 'Round Here) I'm the One You Need dei Miracles, oltre a I Found That Girl (lead vocal Jermain) e The Young Folks originariamente registrato da Diana Ross e le Supremes.
