Il 1964 fu l'anno in cui gli U.S.A. persero la testa per la prima volta per i Beatles, con una serie senza precedenti di album e singoli in classifica che hanno venduto milioni di copie. Ma questi, non sono semplicemente repliche degli album del 1963 e del 1964 pubblicati dalla Parlophone nel Regno Unito e nel resto del mondo. Vedendo un'opportunità diversa, Capitol Records e United Artists hanno “compilato” questi album per la pubblicazione negli U.S.A. tra il gennaio 1964 e il marzo 1965.

Meet The Beatles!; The Beatles’ Second Album; A Hard Day’s Night (Original Motion Picture Sound Track); Something New; The Beatles’ Story (2LP); Beatles ’65 e The Early Beatles che vedono tutti le grafiche fedelmente riprodotte e nuovi inserti a quattro pagine con testi scritti dallo storico autore americano esperto dei Beatles, Bruce Spizer. Le lacche dei nuovi vinili sono state tagliate da Kevin Reeves a Nashville East Iris Studios, facendo costante riferimento alle prime stampe in vinile per garantire la massima fedeltà all’uscita originale, pur consentendo di ascoltare più informazioni musicali di quanto fosse possibile prima.
